Itinerary
Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Rest and recover from your journey. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner and a briefing about the trek.
Explore Kathmandu’s cultural landmarks, including Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath Stupa. Finalize your preparations for the trek.
Take a scenic flight to Lukla and begin your trek, descending to Phakding through lush forests and charming villages.
Follow the Dudh Koshi River and ascend to Namche Bazaar, the bustling Sherpa town and gateway to the Everest region.
Spend the day acclimatizing and exploring Namche Bazaar. Visit the Sherpa Museum and nearby viewpoints for stunning mountain vistas.
Ascend through forests and enjoy panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery.
Continue trekking through rhododendron forests and alpine meadows to reach Dingboche, a beautiful village surrounded by towering peaks.
Take a rest day to acclimatize. You can hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung for acclimatization and stunning views.
Trek to the small settlement of Chhukung, preparing for the first high pass. Enjoy the views of Lhotse, Nuptse, and Island Peak.
Begin early and cross the challenging Kongma La Pass, descending to the Khumbu Glacier and Lobuche.
Trek to Gorak Shep and continue to Everest Base Camp. Explore the base camp area and return to Gorak Shep for the night.
Early morning climb to Kala Patthar for breathtaking sunrise views of Everest and surrounding peaks. Descend to Gorak Shep and continue to Dzongla.
Cross the Cho La Pass, navigating glaciers and rocky terrain. Descend to Thangnak, a small settlement.
Trek to Gokyo, passing by the beautiful Gokyo Lakes. Enjoy the serene environment and explore the area.
Early morning ascent of Gokyo Ri for panoramic views of Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu, and the Gokyo Lakes. Descend and continue to Lungden.
Cross the final high pass, Renjo La, enjoying the spectacular views. Descend to the Sherpa village of Thame.
Return to Namche Bazaar, retracing your steps through the scenic trail.
Descend to Lukla, celebrating the completion of the trek with your team.
Take a flight back to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel and rest.
Spend the day relaxing or exploring more of Kathmandu. In the evening, we will have a farewell dinner.
Transfer to the airport for your international flight home.

The best time to trek the Everest Three Passes is during the pre-monsoon (spring) season from March to May and the post-monsoon (autumn) season from late September to November.
The trek is very challenging and requires good physical fitness, endurance, and acclimatization. It involves crossing high passes and trekking at high altitudes, which can be strenuous.
Essential items include sturdy trekking boots, warm clothing, a sleeping bag, a down jacket, a good quality backpack, trekking poles, and personal items like toiletries and a first aid kit. A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking.
