Fly to Tumlingtar and drive to the village of Num, the starting point of the trek.
Descend steeply to the Arun River, then climb through terraced fields and forests to Seduwa.
Continue trekking through picturesque villages and lush forests to reach Tashigaon, the last settlement in the region.
Climb through dense forests and pastures, gaining significant altitude as you reach Khongma Danda.
Take a rest day to acclimatize and explore the surrounding areas.
Cross several high passes, including the Shipton La, and descend through rhododendron forests to Mumbuk.
Descend into the Barun Valley, then trek along the Barun River to Yangle Kharka.
Gradually ascend through the valley, passing through meadows and small streams to reach Langmale Kharka.
